Refundable security deposit: one-day rentals equal the machine's daily rate; rentals longer than one day are $500. Deposit is shown separately at checkout and is subject to the rental agreement.
Rental Policies
Rental agreement must be signed before equipment is released. Standard rates allow 8 operating hours daily, 40 weekly and 160 monthly. Fuel and transportation are not included. Charges are based on time out, not time used. Cleaning charges may apply. Severe applications may require a rate adjustment. Damage or repairs resulting from negligence and abnormal cleanup are the renter’s responsibility.
Proof of insurance may be required. Contact Hayward Implement for insurance requirements applicable to your rental.
